ONE YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE FOR HIPS, HEART, AND EYES

FOR UNBOUND GOLDENS

This is a guarantee that your new puppy appears free of health issues (unless otherwise noted on the veterinary report).

At the age of 7 weeks this puppy was examined by a veterinarian and unless otherwise noted on the report, appears normal and healthy. If you accept your puppy with the veterinary report that is given to you for the puppy you picked out and accepted, you take all responsibly for the puppy you picked out and accepted, you take all responsibly for the puppy and all vet bills you may accrue in the future if it is not covered by this health guarantee. This health guarantee covers hips, enlarged heart and eyes and is valid from the day the puppy is born until it is one year of age, and is void immediately thereafter.

Every pup must see a licensed veterinarian within 10 days from leaving Unbound Goldens or the health guarantee is void.

This health guarantee does not cover any skin infection, fleas, parasites or any disease your puppy picks up or any injury your puppy sustains after leaving our property. You must keep up with deworming treatments and age appropriate vaccines.

If your puppy develops a poor level, past fair of hip dysphasia, you must prove it is hereditary and not caused by being overweight, an injury of any kind or being allowed to engage in activities that are detrimental to healthy development. Your puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian and the weight and age of the puppy must be listed along with the date of the exam. You must have an OFA or Penn Hip report completed to accompany your veterinarian exam report.

If your puppy develops cataracts, or has and enlarged heart you must have a written statement from your vet proving this is hereditary and is not caused by an injury.

If your puppy has failing hips, and enlarged heart or cataracts. We will replace the puppy with another puppy of the same breed and gender from the first available litter.

Our Goal at Unbound Goldens is to provide you with a happy healthy puppy that will stay in your family for years to come. We don’t want to see your puppy with a health issue any more than you do. By signing, both the buyer and seller agree to use honesty and trust, and have read and understand this health agreement.
